Alternate Mondays: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesdays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursdays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Fridays: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Alternate Saturdays: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, however, if you miss your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you will be charged an additional fee.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Since insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. Your estimated portion is due at the time. As a service to our patients, we will submit claims to their insurance companies for services rendered and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to assist you.
